LOCATION & SHIPPING

• Where is B-Wear Sportswear located?

All of our garments are designed by our in-house art team, screen printed, warehoused and shipped out of our facility in Zanesville, Ohio. We also have a brick and mortar store located at that facility as well as a second location in Newark, Ohio.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship every order out of our facility in Zanesville, Ohio in 1-2 business days. From there, transit can take 2-10 days depending on the customer's location and shipping logistics.

• How do I track my package?

An email containing the tracking number will be sent to the user account used to place the order when the order is shipped. Some email providers send B-Wear's automated emails to the spam folder. If a customer does not see an email in he/her inbox or spam folder, the customer can contact Customer Service via email or our social media team through Facebook Messenger

PRODUCTS & SIZING
• What brand are your garments?
All of our products are Fruit of the Loom and JERZEES brand products.

• Are the garments true to size?
Our sizing is true to size and you can find our sizing guide here. For corroboration, you can scroll to the bottom of the sizing page to find reviews of sizing.

• This is my first time ordering, is this a legitimate company?

We are and you can look at our excellent score on Trust Pilot and read through the hundreds of reviews here.

• Do your garments shrink when they are washed?

A majority of our garments are preshrunk, so do not expect to see shrinkage. Whether or not a product is preshrunk and the material blend information can be found in the product information under the main image on each product's page.

 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Do you take PayPal payments?
Yes, you can proceed through the checkout process and select to pay with PayPal.

• When I click PayPal, the pop-up won't load and the screen just goes dark, what can I do?
1) If you haven't already signed in, some customers have found that the issue was solved once they created an account and/or logged in.
2) Try to use a different web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc...)
3) Try to use a different device to access our website.

• Do you have stores and where are they located?
We have two brick and mortar stores to go with our online store. Both our Zanesville & Newark stores include the same garments available online plus more local high school and sports designs.

• What are your store’s hours?

Outside of special holiday and Black Friday hours, we are open every day of the week in both Zanesville and Newark.

Monday-Saturday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. 

NEWARK
Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
